The work focuses on the analysis of requirements and the challenges arisen from designing mobile medical applications in relation to the user interface. The paper describes the current status in the development of mobile medical apps and illustrates the development of e-health market. The author will explain the requirements and will illustrate the hurdles and problems. He refers to the German market which is similar to the European and compares that with the market in the USA.
